Below are stated our Terms and Conditions please read them carefully and if you have any questions please email us at info@shervingtonbutton.com

These Terms and Conditions come into effect once an order has been placed.

Payment

You may use any credit/debit card, via Paypal.  Once payment in full has been received we will send your goods directly out to you. If paying by money order/cheque please send immediately for the full amount the goods will be despatched on clearance of the cheque/money order. 

Delivery

A fee of £5.99 postage and packing will be charged per order (irrespective of the number of items within that order. 

Delivery will be made once payment has been processed.

We make every effort to despatch goods within 4-5 working days. 

However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.  On receipt of your order we will email giving timescales of deliveries. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within an estimated timescale. 

DELIVERIES LOST IN TRANSIT

The Craft Depot uses The General Postoffice and DHL to deliver all their orders.  Proof of Posting is kept relating to each order.   There is an element of risk with any delivery system although this is negligible.  The Craft Depot cannot be held responsible for non delivery of items for whatevery reason once proof of posting has been obtained. 

Stock Availability

Should any item not be available at the time of purchase,

We will inform you of the expected delivery date. 

You will then have the choice of a full refund of that item or a replacement with a similar product of same price.

We strive to maintain accurate stock levels to avoid customers being disappointed.

Prices

Due to fluctuating market forces, we reserved the right to change any of our prices with no prior notice given.  However, we will honour prices at time of order.

Problems with your order - Unwanted /Faulty Goods

Please inform us by email quoting your order number within 7 days of receiving your order of any discrepancy or fault.  

We will not be responsible for any shortfalls after that time limit.

All sizes are approximate however we do try to be as accurate as possible.

Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.

 If any item is ordered and due to unsuitability or due to an ordering error (but not faulty) you should wish to return these items, please notify us by email quoting order number within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will at our discretion replace such items. 

(each item must be found to be of a saleable condition on receipt)

With the required replacement and a further delivery charge will be made.

Faulty items

In the unlikely event an item should be faulty please inform us  by email quoting your order number and details within   7 days of receiving your order.  Please pack and return said item immediately to:

stating whether you require a replacement or refund.

Postage will be refunded

PLEASE NOTE WE CAN ONLY REFUND OR REPLACE ITEMS ON RECEIPT OF THE FAULTY GOODS

Refunds

Refunds will be given on faulty goods only.  Refunds will be made back to credit/credit cards via Paypal , you will need to open a paypal account (which is free of charge) WE WILL NOT REFUND DUE TO OVER ORDERING OR INCORRECTLY ORDERING ITEMS. EXCHANGES WILL BE AT THE MANAGEMENTS DISCRETION.

International Order (Outside the UK)

You may be required to pay customs/import charges on your goods.  This is totally out of our control and you should check with your local customs department if unsure.  In some countries these charges can be high so we advise finding this out before placing your order.  We cannot declare orders as “gifts” or reduce declared value to avoid these charges under any circumstances.

Re-deliveries

Parcels returned to us as “Not Called For”, “Incorrect Address” or “Refused” that are required to be redelivered will require a further £5.99 p&p to be paid before item is resent which will be advised for acceptance and if not accepted cost of goods alone will be refunded.

All orders that are placed on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.
